A Love That Wasn't Real

by

Chantel Rasmussen

I'm sick of dreamin'
I want it to come true
I'm staring at my ceiling
Thinking about you

I really wish you
Could feel my pain
But I know it won't happen
'Cause your feelings won't change

I hate you
For all that you've done
But I still hear you sayin'
Trust me it'll be fun

You're just like a drug
And I'm goin' through withdrawal
I wish I didn't miss you
Or ever missed you at all

But there's nothing I can do
To change how you feel
But I'm still reminiscing
'Bout a love that wasn't real.
