Until We Meet Again

Until We Meet Again
In Memory Of Victor A. Rasmussen
3 am the phone rings
Grandpa’s gone now
He’s been given his wings
He’s up in heaven
With our creator
The lord couldn’t have picked
No one greater
All ways happy
All ways kind
But if I did you wrong
You’d beat my behind
You may not have been my blood
We may not have been related
But in my mind grandpa
You were the greatest
And don’t worry grandpa
You can’t be replaced
You were one of a kind
A true ace of spades
Quiet in your ways
A different kind of man
We’ll all miss you grandpa
Until we meet again.
