If All I could Give

by

Cinnamon Brown

If all I could give in my life was myself plain and simple no strings attached I wonder if the world would still accept me the same way they do now If all I could do was listen to the words and was unable to respond I was unable to give advice would the world still need me or would I just be another forgotten body in the sea of human life. Is my existence here totally in vain. If all I had to give was a second of my time and not allow the world to consume every part of my life would I be loved and appreciated for that moment. If all I could give is all that I can why is it so wrong?
