The Abhorred Thralldom

by

Ehsan Elahi Ehsan

The innocent children when born
Are yoked with the religious and racial thoughts
Of the parents who never thought in their lives
If their thoughts and ideologies were right
They take them to be right because
Their parents thought it to be so
Some times the children when they grow up
Abhor these thoughts and ideologies
But they are forced to live
In that abhorred thralldom
Because of the fear that they would be made
An outlaw of the social structure
In which they have to live in
And give birth to the children
Inheriting them the same abhorred thralldom
They hated so much during their own lives.
