Policemen

by

Jack Mann

They go where others fear to tread
In day or dark of night
With gentle boldness they adorn
And not afraid to fight

To defend the rights of others
At the risk of their own pain
And make the world a better place
That sometimes seems insane

There is nothing worse than a bad Cop
Nothing better than a good
They do the things that all of us
Only wish we could!

The Bible says it clearly
And tries to set a trend
"No greater love have man,
Than to lay down his life for a friend"
