The Middle Son

by

Jack Mann

Being the middle son
Is a hard row to hoe
Too old for the sister
Too young for the bro

Feeling left out
Is a pretty common go
But there is plenty of love
To go around, you know

I sure do miss you
Your jokes and smiling face
You are one in a million
Among the whole human race

So get your butt to see me
Before it is too late
I am getting old and slow now
So do we have a date

I love you son, I hope to trace
You know all that by now
You are one in a million
Among the whole human race!
