                               Tears are a language
                             that flow from the heart.

                             A sweet part of heaven,
                                 a very special part.

                         They come when you're happy,
                           and come when you're sad.

                          And sometimes they show up
when you're tired of being mad.

                            No one understands them,
and they may scream and yell,

But it's just a little part of you,
                                breaking out of jail.

It's a way to show our feelings,
our hurt, our pain, our joy,

                       Our love, laughter, and happiness
both as men or little boys.

Some people choose not to show their tears,
and they lock them up inside.

Then get mad at other people
      Whose tears they cannot hide.

So close your eyes and if tears come,
you'll know it's a sign from your heart

That there's too many emotions locked up inside,
and it's time that they depart.
