I would give a hundred dreams
To have one real and true
I would give a hundred days
To give that dream to you
And I would wish a hundred times
Everyday so you could see
That everyone of those hundred thoughts
Were of you and to be free
I would pray a hundred prayers
If that got you through the day
I would thank god a hundred times
For helping you here to stay
And I would hope in a hundred ways
To give that all to you
That everyone of those hundred hopes
Were not forgotten far and few
Now everyone of those hundred things
I have wished for in a hundred ways
I would give hope for the hundredth time
For you to have been well
For just one day.
