Lovely

by

Joanna Rozo

I can feel the vile words
burning in my throat,
as your eyes meet mine.
Your sinister look,
my shivers.
My hand clenched in a fist.
I start to tremble
you start to laugh.
I make my move,
the mirror shatters.
Millions of pieces.
So much blood.
And you are gone.
