Tears From My Heart

by

kengie

Tears surge as my heart pounds...

My hands shake with anticipation...

What do I say? My heart speaks only of you...

As your beauty comes into focus...

My thoughts are yours, forever yours...

As I ponder this heavy heart, I often wonder, quietly, why?

Another day has passed me by; one that found my empty arms...

If wishes could be true, then I’d be with you...

It’s hard being your nobody, trying hard to be your somebody...

If winds could talk, they’d tell a tale that fills the soul with love and warmth…

And just having known you, my life is for the better…

For no one has made me happier, filling my life as
completely…

As you had made me, caressing me with your smile when our eyes meet...

Now, as the sun settles into night, loneliness reigns, Oh the pain…

Yes, it’s hard being your nobody, trying hard to be your somebody…
