Have you ever lost control?
Do you ever desire freedom?
Are voices calling you when no one's around?
Their faces, have you ever seen them?

Can you alter your I.D.?
Are you travelling in disguise?
Have you explained to the public
About your soul' s sudden demise?

I've begun to ignore them,
the people under my bed.
Aliens don't visit me,
I'm the last one left in my head.

I'm alone to face the world,
here I have been placed.
Alone without a friend,
My sorrow knows no race.

Thoughts are racing onward,
As I wonder why,
My scream is just as loud,
but you never hear my cry.

You lock me in this cage,
To you I'm but a game.
I want to be Freedom, but
Insanity's my name.
